Typical delivery food, lost its freshness, I’m sure if I had picked up and eaten straight away it would have been better

Didn’t get our can of juice

Turned up at 19.45 not 19.10 as it says. No heat bag yet again, food was lukewarm warm. Chips over cooked and like rocks. House bread was so soggy couldn't pick it up. Was a great place when 1st opened but seriously gone down hill. Order before was cold took 2 hours to arrive and had to have resent. This was last chance and never again
